I had the absolute privilege of photographing Gerard and Laura's surprise proposal and engagement session at Artist Point in Boulder. Laura genuinely had no idea what was coming, and I'll admit I was tearing up behind the camera while Gerard proposed. These CU Boulder grad students are so sweet together, so clearly in love, and Gerard planned every detail of this Boulder engagement photography session so thoughtfully. After the surprise proposal, we spent the rest of the session capturing their joy against those incredible Colorado mountain views and Boulder Flatirons. As a Boulder engagement photographer, it was one of those sessions that reminds me why I love this work. Artist Point provided the perfect backdrop for their love story.
